Keeler Court Apartments will provide 71 studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Perched above the Southcrest Recreation Center, the site affords expansive views of downtown San Diego, the Coronado Bridge, and Point Loma. The project includes a communal lounge and computer spaces, a communal kitchen, an expansive exterior courtyard, and shared community gardens.

The multifamily housing development includes two 4-story buildings connected by exterior bridges, sculpted to provide a shared courtyard between the two building masses. To minimize solar heat gain, the building massing has been sculpted to minimize southern exposure, and reduce direct sunlight to all glazing. Each building consist of two bars feeding off of an exterior circulation corridor, allowing western ocean breezes to passively cool the units. Interior lightwells allow for daylight to penetrate to the lowest levels, while allowing hot air to be pulled up through the exterior circulation bar.

Responsibilities include full construction administration experience, RFI + submittal review, consultant and regulatory coordination, point of contact for the General Contractor, and maintaining client relationships.
